Andreas Ender experimented with graphic shapes and colours in 1986, but soon he discovered his love for the anatomy of the human body and took up nude painting in 1990. His characteristic style is a mixture of his talent and various courses to refine his technical, personal and physical skills. He acquired his knowledge by himself and is very proud of it. Above all, it was his characteristic style that lead to his first group and individual exhibitions in Austria, Germany and Switzerland. In 1992 he discovered photography as an art form for himself. He participated successfully in numerous national and international exhibitions. "Learning by doing“ was a costly and time consuming process but the international success and attention have proven him right. Andreas König, Jahrgang 1958, ist ein semi-professioneller Fotograf, der in Wien lebt. Bei seinen künstlerischen Arbeiten liegt der Schwerpunkt auf Porträt, Fashion und Akt. Seine Shootings bereitet er oft mit einem Art Regie-Konzept wie bei einem Theaterstück vor, wo bei genügend Spielraum für Spontanität und Kreativität bleibt.

Christian Scharl hat mit seinem 12. Lebensjahr die Liebe zur Fotografie entdeckt. Eines seiner Spezialbereiche ist die Unterwasserfotografie. Von Babys im Swimmingpool über Reportagen von versunkenen Schiffen bis zum Wildlife in den Ozeanen. Neben der Faszination moderner Architektur, liegt der Schwerpunkt im Studio im Bereich der erotischen und künstlerischen Aktfotografie. Oft stellt sich die Frage wie diese so unterschiedlichen Bereiche zusammen passen. Während moderne Architektur meist nur aus kalten Flächen und harten Linien besteht, zeichnet sich der weibliche Körper durch seine weichen und warmen Rundungen aus. Der gemeinsame Nenner liegt in der Abstraktion dieser Gegensätze und der Beherrschung der technischen Umsetzung. Das festhalten und richtige einfangen von Linien, Farben und Formen. Perfektes setzen von Licht, professionelle Handhabung der Ausrüstung, und vor allem das Fachwissen von den analogen Grundlagen der optischen Gesetze bis zum Datenstrom digitaler Bilddaten.

Erotische Fotografie ist für mich Darstellung von Gefühlen. Das Eindringen in ganz persönliche intime Bereiche des Menschen, ist für mich die Herausforderung. Wobei es hier nicht um den sogenannten "schönen Körper" geht. Vielmehr um das Suchen und Aufzeigen von Freude, Wolllust, Ekstase, Hingabe, Angst, Macht, Gewalt, Hilflosigkeit usw. . Die Arbeiten entstehen ausschließlich mit Menschen aus meinem Bekannten und Freundeskreis. Das gemeinsame erarbeiten von Themen und deren Umsetzung ist ein spannender und aufrichtiger Prozess. Erotik und Sinnlichkeit kann für den Betrachter nur aufkommen wenn nichts gestellt und aufgesetzt wirkt. In meiner langjährigen Arbeit als Maler, Fotograf und Grafik-Designer habe ich die Erfahrung gemacht, nur Ehrlichkeit und Wissbegierde sind die Grundlage für berührende Ergebnisse.

Ich komme aus Oberösterreich, bin 35 Jahre alt und betreibe die Fotografie als Hobby schon seit vielen Jahren, aber bis vor drei Jahren nicht allzu intensiv. Ich war eher ein "Gelegenheitsknipser". Jedoch durch die Weiterentwicklung der digitalen Aufnahmetechnik hat sich für mich wieder eine neue Herausforderung ergeben. Mein Steckenpferd wurde die erotische Fotografie, auch gern mal digital verändert, bei der mich meine Frau als Model sehr tatkräftig und geduldig unterstützt. Gerade mit der Digi (ich verwende eine Olympus E-10) hat man sehr viele Möglichkeiten zu experimentieren und sich relativ schnell weiter zu entwickeln.

As little boy Georg Grasz suffered under scarcity of paper. When he was four years old, he prefered drawing trucks and locomotive steam engines. Soon, they decorated free places in the rare books of the poor household. Every possibility for further education referring to the knowledge of art and for technic was used, especially in the fields technic of pressure-diagrams and photography. Most artwork is influenced by Georg Gasz´s struggle for freedom, justice and solidarity, other ones show him as a passionate admirer of women. Georg Gasz starts art-education for adults in the 90's. Clearly, Georg Gasz is without doubt the most various artist in his region. He settles new, worldwide unique accents in the ressorts painting, design and photography. In his crafts he looks for high perfection, no matter whether he paints a wall, a scenery or a portrait. He likes experimenting, for example with kinetic plastics.

Der 1951 in Österreich geborene Gery Luger ist seit seinen künslerischen Anfängen in den 90er Jahren in seinem fotografischen Wirken auf Aktfotografie und auf Städte-Portraits fokussiert. Luger belässt es nicht bei der einfachen Fotografie sondern gestaltet seine Werke durch eine Vielzahl handwerklicher Manipulationen. Durch einen Mix aus klassischer Dunkelkammertechnik, handwerklicher Beeinflussung durch Polaroid Raster und Folien sowie modernster Digitaltechnik am Computer schafft er einen kunstvollen Spagat zwischen Fotografie und digitaler Malerei. Der Mensch ist inzwischen Mittelpunkt seiner Arbeiten. Menschen, die im täglichen Leben sehr unscheinbar wirken, bekommen vor der Kamera oft erst richtig Profil. Portraits und Akte zählen zu seinen bevorzugten Themen und bieten die Möglichkeit "Schönes für das Model" und künstlerisches für den Künstler zu schaffen.

Hans Molnar-Reitmeyer is basically a self taught photographer. At the age of 11 yrs held his first camera and from that time on grew a fascination and love for photography. Hans finds the human body fascinating and sees it as a wonderful piece of art in itself. A part of his work can be described as purely his own aesthetical view point of the human body , another aspect of his work involves his own views and experiences of human sexuality and relationships and finally on women's issues of injustice. Do not expect to see the so-called perfect godly or goddess figures in his online galleries. Hans concentrates on his artwork photographing average every day people as he believes that as being representative of humanity and partly in protest against the general media and fashion industry. Beauty is truly in the eyes of the beholder and should not be dictated by a trend or our consumer society.
People of all ages ,colours,shapes and sizes have something wonderful to contribute to in fine art nude photography. "It's easy to photograph a perfect figure, the art is to turn the average into
a piece of art."

Born in Poland Jerzy Palacz studied from 1985 to 1991 at University for Music and Performing Arts in Vienna. He worked as DOP for fiction features, cinema documentaries as well as for commercials. In all of his work you can see his very unique, highly professional and artistic approach towards film photography.

Manfred Baumann was born 1968 in Vienna, Austria. His grandfather, who was a reporter during the 2nd World War, was his biggest inspiration. He supported him and donated him his first camera, a Praktika. Today Manfred Baumann's work appears in magazines and international advertisements. In the last years Baumann has concentrated on portrait-photography. He has already portrayed celebrities like Sir Roger Moore, Bruce Willis, Ralf Möller, Alfons Haider, Tommy Haas and Tamee Harrison.

Wolfgang Prummer, free-lance artist, whose work is inspired by forms, shapes and harmony, was born 1976 in Austria. He was raised in Burgenland, in the core of the UNESCO World Heritage Fertö Neusiedlersee, at the foot of the Leitha” hills, where he stills lives and works. His outdoor projects reflect his bonds and love to nature and the fascination he feels about different shapes of bodies. Male and female bodies seem to melt into nature, become parts of stone blocks, gravel pits, rock formations and trees. Characteristic of his studio shots is the reduction of man to the essentials body, shapes and lines. Wolfgang had studied graphic and media design at the New Design University St. Pölten and there after stage- and film set design at the University of Applied Arts in Vienna, however, he broke off these trainings earlier, but just in time, as he likes to say himself.

Arrayed in a semicircle, Manfred Kielnhofer’s ghostly “time guardians” seem to have abandoned themselves to infinite sadness. What do the life-sized polyester figures represent? Are they bereaved women, meditating monks or nuns or premonitory spirits sent to warn us of impending dangers? Are they supposed to inspire awe, compassion or fear? The artist refuses to tell us why he created them and if we dare to peer inside their cloaks we discover only black emptiness. The garments with their many folds are vaguely reminiscent of those sculpted by Rodin. Although the first ones Kielnhofer molded were gray and drab, many of the newer generation display bright colors and cheerful patterns. The artist now plans to equip some of them with interior lighting. To emphasize their timelessness he photographs them in front of both ancient castles and modern high-rises, usually at night. Manfred Kielnhofer, 41, has been operating the gallery “Art Park” in Linz, Austria, since 2005. He is an abstract painter who used a naked female body as a “canvas” for one of his best works. Under his guidance 1,500 eager youngsters produced the largest children’s painting in the world (3,300 m²), which was displayed at many different places in Austria. Another of his gigantic masterpieces (40,000 m²) was composed of sunflowers and other herbs which had been planted in the middle of a field of grain near the city of Enns. It could be best viewed from the sky, but unfortunately the pilot Kielnhofer hired decided to fly off on vacation before most of its “pixels” had blossomed and the farmer had to harvest the creation before he returned.

Mein Name ist Peter Stenzel. 1971 wurde ich in Wien geboren. Seit 1994 habe ich mich autodidaktisch mit der Fotografie auseinandergesetzt. Um mein Wissen zu erweitern habe ich 1997 die "Schule für künstlerische Photographie" absolviert und 2001 das CreativFotoKolleg besucht. Bei meinen farbigen Aktaufnahmen projiziere ich Bilder und Muster, meistens Naturmotive wie Früchte, Bäume oder Landschaften, auf meine Modelle. Diese erhalten dann ein auf den weiblichen Körper gezeichnetes buntes Kleid, dessen zarter Stoff aus meinen Visionen gewoben ist. Auf diese Weise nehme ich ihnen die vordergründige Nacktheit und bekleide sie wieder mit farbigen Strukturen, die ich mit ihrer Haut verschmelzen lasse. In meinen Schwarz Weiss Aktfotografien spiele ich mit Licht und Schatten um Teile des Körpers mehr oder weniger zu betonen.
